Silver Night
Friday 23rd January 2024
An evening of Fashion, Visual Arts, Dance and Music curated by Liliane Puthod and commissioned by Hugh Lane Gallery for the closing of Andy Warhol Three Times Out exhibition.

Teasing the temporality of consumer society and its disposable materiality in relation to age, work, sleep, display and beauty this public event brought together music, fashion and dance performances in the Sculpture Hall of Hugh Lane Gallery for an eclectic atmosphere capturing a feeling of ‘after the disco’. Silver Night showed wearables made during a creative workshop with NCAD Fashion Students, garments from collection Blue Rinse by Fashion Designer Eve O’Reilly as well as experimental outfits made collaboratively by Eve O’Reilly and Liliane Puthod (The Wasted Consumer, The Retired Dreamer and The Party Worker) worned by dancers Nick Nikolaou, Robyn Byrne and Peace Olufemi. Music sets were performed by Acid Granny, Grave Goods and Shrem.
